Drives are professional and I felt safe with my daughter in the car. At the Colfax location, Dae went above and beyond and took the time to walk me through the process as I was frustrated trying to get drives booked at times that worked for us and how to be online to get them (this part of the process is so frustrating as a working parent and why it doesn’t have 5). Responsiveness and customer service is a 5, especially Dae.
We got linked up with this driving school via my son's school. When I tell you, I have been so unbelievably overwhelmed with how Colorado does permits, this ain't yo momma's permit process anymore! I was first introduced to Deborah who became the most helpful, and incredible point of contact for us. Words don't describe how helpful she's been for us. Explaining everything down to the bitty gritty, always there to answer questions, enroll us in different services that we needed for him. Lindsay is my road test instructor and one of the nicest people I met today.
She is patiently teaching you everything you need to know about signs, limits, and roads. She is well-versed in all aspects of driving and knows what she is doing.
