The sales experience: Excellent. James was great to work with and went above and beyond to meet me at a showroom where I could have a better look at the windows than the small sample. The quote was more than competitive and it was a straightforward interaction without the sales tactics I saw from other companies.

The installation: Very smooth. The crew was experienced, worked well together and efficiently and did an excellent job with no residual issues.

The windows: I love them. I have lived with them (Simonton windows) for a year and they are beautiful, work well, and are easy to clean. My husband has been tracking our energy usage and our natural gas bills were significantly reduced last winter after replacing with these windows.“
