Shortly after moving into a new residence we noticed signs of bed bugs the second day of our tendency The landlord hired a company and we had gone through three failed pesticide spray treatments and then a scheduled fourth one. That's when my landlord hired hot bugs to come heat treat the trailer. Sean The owner talked to me answered all my questions walked me through the process told me what I need to do very professional and informative they came out the following week to do the treatment. Sean returned my call quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He asked me basic questions about my issue and reassured me I do not have bedbugs if I am not finding absolutely any signs of poop or shed skin. I would trust him completely to be honest if you think you have a problem.
