I started thinking about doing permanent eyebrows last year and I did a phone consult with Mercedes last fall. She was great, answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. Every few months Jbe would casually reach out ask if I had questions. Fast forward I book with Mercedes. We decided on Nano Strokes. She asked me great initial questions and I could tell she was truly trying to find out what would look best and what would I feel best having. She did her outline which I IMMEDIATELY loved and then less than 2 hours later it was over and I couldn't stop smiling.
My experience with Simone and her entire staff was absolutely lovely! I came in for a consult and lip/chin laser hair removal, and it was a top-tier experience!! I will be back soon for my next treatment!!
