I recently had the opportunity go to the Denver Upper Cervical Chiropractic facility for my mom's appointment. From the very moment I walked in the door with my family to the moment we left, it was exceedingly evident how much the staff cares about each one of their patients.
It had been about seven months since my mom's previous visit, but once we stepped foot into the building it was like no time had passed at all. Zyle Lee immediately got up to welcome us all at the door. Not only did she take the time to reconnect with my parents, but she also instantly introduced herself to my brother and me since it was our first time there. Zyle even offered to give us a tour of the entire establishment after my mom's adjustment with Dr. Ty Carzoli. While walking around the building and learning from Zyle about each of the rooms, equipment, and their purposes, it became clear how intentional the set-up of the chiropractic office is for the benefit of the patients.
While my mom was getting her adjustment, Dr. Ty took the time to walk my father, brother, and me through each maneuver so that we could get a better understanding of how it would help my mom. It was interesting to learn how connected different parts of the body actually are and how the adjustment of one area of the body leads to the alignment of a completely different area. Not only did Dr. Ty explain what he was doing, but he also explained why he was doing it. It is definitely apparent how seriously Dr. Ty takes helping his patients. After all of that, Dr. Ty showed my family and me the results of my mom's adjustment and how aligned everything became. Even after the appointment, Dr. Ty took extra time to tell us more about his practice and teach us about the brain and body in general.
It was an absolute pleasure to meet Dr. Ty and Zyle. I'm incredibly thankful for all they've done to help my mom. The staff at Denver Upper Cervical Chiropractic are truly some of the kindest, most generous, and innovative people I've met at a doctor's office. I'm so thankful to have had the opportunity to meet them.

I cannot explain how amazing this place is! From your initial call, to your appt you get amazing customer service. They are compassionate, informative, and take their time to give you the most accurate Information, as well as showing you your before and after results.
