Alex at MSS Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our new home! He was thorough and professional, and he made sure all the products he used were pet-safe, which was really important to us. He even called to let me know he noticed a small hole in the carpet and recommended where I could get it patched before we move in. That extra attention to detail and thoughtfulness really stood out. Our carpets look great, and I would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy carpet cleaner!

While I have had two successful cleanings with MSS over the years, my last appointment was a no-call/no-show, and even after calling the company, and requesting a call back, there has been no response, so I can no longer recommed them.
