“I came in yesterday panicked about an angry acne spot / pimple on my forehead. I had originally booked a cortisone shot (had never had one before, but I know friends that have had that done), and booked an appointment here after reading so many positive Google reviews. Melissa, the owner was there, and knew EXACTLY what to do and ended up giving me an RF treatment, explaining how it worked, with detailed direction on the follow up treatment with healing cream. 24 hours later, it is already healing so nicely!!! Melissa is (not only so cool) but so knowledgeable about all things skin. I cannot thank her enough!“

She did such an incredible job the first time, I thought maybe it was because it was my first time with her. But nope! Their espresso machine was broken, and I had tried to get an espresso two blocks Down the road at Steam, but the line was too long, so I headed back for my haircut. Their Manager, Jake, saw my disappointment, and during my haircut, went and got me an espresso at steam and brought it to me during my haircut.
