I had a beautiful class here through ClassPass. Trevor was so kind and empowering, his guide made the class so easy to experience. I found myself feeling like a comb was being brushed through my hair at the end of the session, I was relaxed and satisfied! Plus it was a great workout. 5

This studio is genuinely one of the best. The instructors are phenomenal, the space is calming, and the community is always so welcoming. I’ve been looking for a yoga studio to go to since the one I loved so much closed years ago and I feel like I finally found what I was looking for.

I have been practicing at The River for about 1.5 years now and I am so glad I took a chance on a hot yoga class back then. I used to be really against hot yoga but since trying it at The River, I’ve discovered I love it. Especially living in dry Colorado, the hot classes offer some humidity to my skin that feels so good. Every teacher I’ve practice with at each location is kind, skilled, and encourages students to take modifications and poses at your own pace and to fit your own needs. I love the sense of community from the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave, and every moment in between.
