I switched to Solstice and it's a great gym. I needed a balanced workout that included weights, PT exercise, and cardio and they worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. I've worked with Mac, Callissa, and David. They all are very knowlegeable and enthusiatic. Highly recommended for athletes of all levels.

I’ve been going here for a little over a year after looking for a barber I can stick with. Sam has given me some of the best cuts I think I’ve had. Also I like that he is very personable, but still very attentive to his work. He also has his input on different styles and lengths, but never goes through with anything unless I ok it which is an awesome thing.
Not only did Lauren do an incredible job on my lips, she made me feel comfortable. I showed up 30 mins early and when I was waiting, she apologized for double booking. She didn’t double book. Dyanna is by far the best masseuse that I have encountered here in the Tucson, Green Valley area. Highly recommend and yes who am I to say she is the best. I highly recommend Universal Kempo Karate. Every time you enter you will be warmly welcomed by Jamie - who is not just an excellent instructor, but a wonderful human being. Jamie is super friendly and extremely approachable. He makes it a point to have one-on-one conversations with all the parents. Our son absolutely loves the time he spends at Universal Kempo Karate. While he isn’t naturally inclined towards sports, this program has been a great outlet and we haven't observed him get frustrated like with other sports and it's the only place he gets a good dose of exercise. He has advanced rapidly, testament to both his efforts and the nurturing environment of the school. I'm not an expert on martial arts school class structures but we really like the flow of each class. Each class begins with a not-too-strenuous warm-up, followed by genuine martial arts drills tailored for all age groups, often sometimes includes more strenuous runs and typically mostly entails defense, attach, weapon drills or sparing. The fellowship hall is spacious and there is always plenty of room for the students. A special shout-out to Dominic, who is great with the students and an excellent practitioner. I had Scott with Penn Street do several project is my home ranging from a bathroom remodel, kitchen counters, all new bedroom doors and updated flooring and baseboards. I was completely satisfied with the work and price. She was very upfront about some of the challenges with my hair, which I really appreciated, and she worked with it skillfully to create a result that turned out even better than I expected.
