“I had to have a crown redone, and Dr. Makowski and his assistant Kathy made the experience surprisingly pleasant for a 1.5-hour dental appointment. They were efficient, gentle, communicative, and wonderfully patient. At one point, they learned that I measure dental time not in minutes, but in Hail Marys — and I managed to pray 150 of them during the procedure!
