Visiting from Louisiana and I wanted to get at least 1 class in between my hikes and runs. Lela was fantastic and upbeat. She mentioned ways to modify the moves in case you were interested and kept encouraging the class to push through. She explained the machine before class since it was a little different than the machines I normally use. Perfect way to spend my Sunday morning on vacation.

I LOVE Lagree! I used to work out across the street at FITC and I realized Im just not a weights girlie anymore so I tried Lagree and I am hooked! The studio is clean, the music is good, and the workout is awesome
