The studio is a healing sanctuary for the mind, body, and spirit, catering to all paths and seekers. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, the inspiring instructors create a welcoming community that is open seven days a week, offering yoga and healing for all.

As a yoga practitioner of close to 20 years and 5 states I can unequivocally share that Karma practices the ethos of true yoga in every form. Katrina and Michael are some of the finest humans I know. Their leadership has created a warm, welcoming and supportive community. All the instructors follow these principles of inclusivity, love, harmony and generosity of spirit. They offer a variety of classes at different levels and will encourage you to honor your body, and your spirit. The workshops are also educational, fun and healing. (Sound healing, astrology, mala beads, meditation and movement are some of the offerings).

I really do not know how to describe Karma Yoga other than it is a magical, calming and invigorating community all at once. The yoga instructors are wonderful as are the owners, Katrina and Michael. They are moving to a new location on Broadway in March and I plan on following them, even though it is a little further away. It is a special community.

Karma Yoga Center is a very special and important place for me. In August 2025 I completed my 200YTT, and it was a wonderful, profound, fun, enlightening, deeply spiritual, full of yoga, program. I learned so much about yoga, the history, tradition, and wisdom of it from very passionate and very special teachers, who have touched my heart and soul. I personally was looking for a YTT that had depth of something, not quite knowing what I was looking for other than I wanted my yoga teacher certification, and I wanted to enhance my own practice and learn.
