When I moved in to my new place, my keys did not smoothly turn the locks and the latch of my door wouldn’t fully re-engage and catch the jamb. Eli was thorough but quickly found the broken parts of the locks on and within an hour had changed the locks, replaced the key and kept everything clean and organized.
