“I accidentally broke the glass in my sliding glass door. I was originally told by another company that the whole assembly would need to be replaced and that it would be $3,000 to replace. I had another estimate somewhere else and was told that they would replace the one planel of glass for $500. With such different answers it was confusing and I did not know what to actually expect so I put it off. I posted online what my situation was and Justin at Colorado Glass & Mirror reached out to me. He told me that while I would not have to replace the whole assembly that he wanted to make sure that the work was done right the first time and that we did need to do both panels of glass. He was able to come out right away and give me an accurate estimate that was practical for me. Justin also expressed concern for getting things fixed quickly since I have a young daughter, he was worried about her getting hurt with the glass even though it was blocked off from her, and that meant a lot to me. A week later Chris and Xavier came out to do the install. They were great! Not only were they quick and efficient, they were also mindful of my daughter and made sure to latch our baby gate as they went in and out of our home. The big things matter, having an acurate estimate and follow through that you can count on, which they were on top of. For me, it was the little things that stood out to me. They actually care and pay attention to every detail like latching the baby gate and double checking that the area would be safe from tiny glass pieces once they left. Hopefully there will not be anymore accidental breaks, but if there are I know who I will call.”
