Really grateful for Gabriel and Elevated Somatics! I have 20-year-old injuries from a motorcycle accident that I can normally manage with yoga and chiropractic. However, when I woke up today I could not even turn my head to the right AT ALL! I was amazed that after an hour session, I regained a significant range of motion and mobility in my shoulder as well. Gabriel offered a different perspective than I've learned from any other holistic practitioner about how and where my flares up are occurring. I had a private somatics session with Gabriel. I released so much tension from my upper back, which doctors had called “ fasciculations” - for 10 years. Gabriel is not only one of my teachers with Essential Somatics he is the Clinical Somatic practitioner I see. Gabriel has helped me with significant hip and leg tension/pain.
