“I’ve used cottage care twice now and am very pleased with the service for a few reasons:
1. They have incredible follow up. If something gets missed they fix it and make sure to be diligent about it the next time.
2. The team is staffed by really lovely people. Sage and Alyssa are so sweet and really great at working around you when necessary (I work from home) and checking in when it’ll be convenient (eg not vacuuming during a meeting).
3. As a company they’re very pet friendly. My dog is a bit reactive in a very barky but not aggressive way. Sage and Alyssa just rolled with it. I crate her when they come, but I’m the in between part they are very understanding and sweet to her.“

“We recently used 5280 Cleaning Services for a move-out cleaning of a condo that was unfurnished. We requested that they clean all the kitchen appliances thoroughly, all baseboards, window sills, light fixtures etc. in addition to the usual bathroom/kitchen/floors etc.
Neither of the two cleaners spoke English so communication was a little difficult (we managed using our wobbly Spanish). However, they did an outstanding job. The place was spotless when they were done. We were genuinely impressed and would hire them again for that reason. In our experience, not all cleaning companies follow through with that level of service.
I docked one star because the company charged 25% more than we were expecting based on an earlier conversation, making them quite a lot more expensive than some other companies. My understanding is that is because they pay their workers well and use better quality products, both of which I appreciate. I definitely recommend them but I strongly suggest that if you're price-sensitive, you get them to come out and give you a fixed price or specify the number of hours you want them to spend. They charged me $68 per cleaner hour.“
