Went in with some neck pain and stiffness, and some back pain. Abby was able to work out some gnarly, crunchy, knots I had going on. Before hand Abby checked in with how much pressure I was up for and where I was looking to focus on. Felt like a new person the next day, highly recommend.
Abby is a true healer and always finds the nooks and crannies that need attention. I've been going to her for over 2 years and every time she works on me she is so attentive to what part of my body needs care and I come out rejuvenated! Highly recommend! I'm not just another body, I'm a unique soul with specific requirments and Abby listened and customized exactly what I needed to get me back to feeling human!
Exceptional! Abby truly is an expert at what she does. She is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to completely understand your needs. I felt so much better after one session and look forward to another very soon.
