Reviews
Katie is the best! I’ve been going to True North since early 2021. True North has helped me with anxiety, stress, sleep, fertility, migraines (to name a few). Katie listens so intently to what’s going on and makes you feel seen. It’s like she can see into your brain. She asks all the right questions. I 100% recommend Katie and her team to be part of your whole person wellness.
