When I started working with Milo, I was struggling with sciatic pain. I had tried cortisone shots, massage and was even considering surgery. I could barely move. I felt depressed and fearful that I'd spend the rest of my life in pain. Now, working with Milo, I am healing, hiking, traveling, living each day with joy...and NO PAIN. His extraordinary body work methods are healing me physically, emotionally and spiritually. The work is sometimes uncomfortable AND I'm more flexible than I've ever been. He is an ardent educator; it's a joy to spend time with him. For me, Milo Bodywork is a long term lifetime commitment.

Milo is incredible! Wise, experienced, trusted, and as though he has X-ray eyes, he pinpointed my issue and resolved a very tough spinal issue I was having. Any new sensation you feel in his session is worth it, I love how he tells me to hang on and breathe.
