I love this class, Chai is a kind and patient instructor and the whole center is so peaceful. I’ve only taken the Tai Chi/Qi Gong so far but look forward to yoga as well as some of the other options.
About Harmonist Sanctuary
Harmonist Sanctuary is a unique and aesthetically stunning space offering a variety of yoga and dance classes. The sanctuary features moon salutation (Chandra Namaskar) and restorative yoga classes led by Gene, known for his kindness and calmness. Traci, the welcoming instructor, leads dance classes that are both fun and challenging. The space also has a full professional kitchen available for events. Classes are donation-based, and the instructors are warm and inviting.
Customers praise the calming and comfortable atmosphere of the sanctuary, which leaves them feeling energized, centered, and grateful after their practice. The restorative yoga class with Gene, in particular, is highly recommended, with a long guided meditation at the end that helps participants feel very calm and grounded.

Tusta and Vrinda (the owners) and literally everyone else I've met at Harmonist Sanctuary have been the kindest humans. The vibe is immaculate...peaceful, nourishing, and uplifting. So far I've taken a yoga class with Tusta and attended their Friday Bhakti kirtan group and both have exceeded expectations. I almost don't want to share how great this place is but it deserves to be more than a hidden gem.

Wow. What a peaceful space. I did the 7pm restorative yoga class with Gene and he was an excellent teacher. He had the most peaceful and soothing voice throughout the practice. This Restorative yoga class was very meditation like. I haven’t felt that relaxed in weeks. Thanks Gene. I’ll be back.
