Sarah poinski-McCoy is a miracle worker I call her the pelvic floor whisperer I was in terrible shape with my prolapse and she has made it better a million percent! When I was diagnosed with prolapse I never thought it would be fixed or back to normal everytime I go to an appointment she is always showing me new exercises or helping me to learn my pelvic floor exercise better, I can’t express how great she is not to mention I’ve never seen anyone care about their patients like Sarah does!!!! Great results! I'm currently working on flexibility and strength with Christine L. and I'm practically a cross between Gumby and Hans & Franz (SNL) Well, not quite, but my results are significant and measurable.
