When I reached out to Rob, he couldn't have been kinder or more responsive towards analyzing the problem and committing to having a team from NuBilt come out to fix it. They came out within days, easily made the repair, and provided the documentation we needed to satisfy our sales contract. Thanks to Rob and his crew from NuBilt, we went from despair that we might not be able to close the sale to huge relief that the repair was done and it was done right.
