They turned our unfinished space into a bedroom, bathroom, and family room / playroom with plenty of closet space and even a hidden “cloffice.” We asked for some complicated design elements that B&B took on with confidence and executed with mastery. Everyone at B&B we encountered along the way was fantastic to work with—highly professional, highly skilled, thorough, punctual, communicative, friendly, and even good humored. This isn’t the first time we’ve lived in our home while renovating part of it, but it’s the first time the process has been so enjoyable.A few particular callouts: In the design phase, Bri helped us explore the range of possibilities for our basement and narrow in on a design we were excited about—providing helpful suggestions and 3D visuals without which we would have been lost. The owner & our project’s manager, Wes, proactively handled everything—clearly & transparently explaining each cost, making sure the project always stayed on or even ahead of schedule & in budget, keeping us well updated throughout, and ensuring we were happy with both the process and the end result.
