She customizes each session to fit individual needs, ensuring both beginners and advanced students progress effectively. She is very particular and will make sure you learn/relearn how to move in a safe manner. I bring the techniques she taught me everywhere in my life - daily movements, barre classes, or yoga. You will always feel in safe hands!“

4101 E Louisiana Ave Suite 101, Denver“Lisa has a thorough knowledge of massage and has done a great job working with me. She not only knows her craft, but thoroughly explains the reasons for what she is doing. The results are magical, and without doubt she has resolved many issues for me through her knowledge and experience. She is also kind and professional, and quite frankly, the best massage therapist I have ever had!“
“If you want more strength, movement, endurance, energy and resilience everyday (and when you ski, camp, hike and yoga) add some joie de vivre! Ansley has the expertise and care to guide the way with a unique, skilled and creative approach to Pilates.“
“I've been going to PS for a year now. Both studios are very neat and instructors are all phenomenal. The classes are smaller and every instructors have different style of teaching, which I really enjoy. I highly recommend PS!“
“Jill is incredibly knowledgeable about so many facets of health and the body. When I started working with her several years ago I thought I would just being going to a regular Pilates class but she is so much more than that. I am now much more aware of my posture, flexibility, what forms of physical activity work best for my body and how to maximize strength and exercise. Her expertise is worth every penny!“

899 Logan St UNIT 115, Denver“After 9 surgeries including 3 neck fusions it is safe to say I have had just about every type of physical therapy and modality (range of motion, stretching, mobility, accupuncture, trigger point, massage, electro stim, red light, pulsed magnetic wave, injections, heat packs, cold packs...you name it I have had it) I can honestly say that meeting Todd and Jen and going through the SymFit program has been life altering. Not only do they address the acute issues but their techniques get at the underlying causes and help you to help yourself. If you want a massage and a warm compress go to your traditional PT provider. If you want to get better and have a higher quality of life go to the best... SymFit.“

She can modify to accommodate your needs. I’m stronger and more aware of my body and how it moves. I have also had sessions with Ariel. Best place for pilates, hands down. ?“

All the equipment is clean, in good repair and the studio is immaculate.Likewise, her classes are never dull. She gives complete instruction and is there to help you if your foot is not cooperating with the strap. The client mood in her studio is one of humor and acceptance.Yes, you get a great and challenging workout.Yes, you get to be with other souls that are trying to keep fit and be flexible.Yes, you work at your own pace and if a modification is needed, Sarah is right there to help you. Although, she can usually tell before it gets to that point. Her new location has great parking and is easy to find. You will not be disappointed. She has a very loyal following.“

4928 W 29th Ave, Denver“My amazing rolfing massage therapist suggested I go to pilates to round out my work on healing chronic pain issues. The person I was referred to had just retired, so I tried working with Caroline Sanders. I am so grateful to have Caroline in my life! She and Allison Brenner work with me to deal with past injuries and avoid new ones as I age. Caroline is so perceptive; she guides subtle changes that make big differences. Thanks to her, I'm a couple of inches taller and a lot healthier and happier!“

3003 E 3rd Ave #D, Denver“Best pilates studio in Denver, hands down. Shari is extremely gifted and is able to spot imbalances in the body within seconds of working with her students. Her knowledge of the body is invaluable. This extends to every teacher at PPW - they are amazing at what they do, and the studio itself is a dream. I have tried countless pilates studios in Denver. None of them lived up to the ones I loved in Boston.... until now. Don't hesitate to book a class here.“
“I started going here last year and have been totally converted into a pilates fanatic. After battling chronic hip and low back pain for years, I finally found something that keeps me strong and mobile, and I've managed to avoid throwing my back out since I started doing pilates. Jan (the owner) helped me learn the fundamentals with a few private classes and now I attend group classes each week, most often with the amazing and supportive Adina. It would be enough to find a studio that helps my physical health, but the Studio of Unique Fitness has become more than just the place where I exercise. It's become a second home that I genuinely look forward to visiting each week. Everyone here is wonderful, from the instructors to the clients, and that positive environment motivates me to come back consistently. I know I will be doing pilates for many more years, and I'm excited to do as many of those years with the Studio of Unique Fitness as possible!“

6795 E Tennessee Ave # 360, Denver“Going here is the first time I've seen noticeable results in my fitness -- gyms and trying things on my own never worked. Lisa and company are highly trained, can spot / correct your movement issues a mile away, and know how to adjust everything for your fitness level. I've been coming here for a while and love it. My core certainly appreciates it as well especially since I'm a desk/office worker :-) Speaking of which, class can be done online as well!“

2765 S Colorado Blvd, Denver“The Pilates Collective provides a fantastic setting for elevating both strength and overall well-being. The diverse range of class times is a definite plus! I really like the instructors, as they have found a good mix of unwavering support and encouragement, coupled with just the right amount of challenge in each class. I'm so grateful I found The Pilates Collective and could not recommend a better place to strengthen your body.“
5AM - 8PM
3650 Blake St, Denver“The parking is horrendous. I drove around the block twice and had to pay for a parking garage. Especially for a 6pm class. The class is really hard and high energy. I struggled understanding what to do as this was my first time doing Pilates and there's no one in particular to follow. A lot of people were doing different variations from what the instructor said so it was difficult to follow. I felt great afterwards and will definitely want to try again now that I know what to expect“

200 Quebec St Bldg 500 Suite 109, Denver“I joined CP Lowry in July and am totally hooked! I tried Pilates after moving to Denver and feeling frustrated because I couldn’t find a yoga studio that I loved. I’ve taken classes with Deb, Rachel and Rita. Each class is different which keeps it from getting boring and I appreciate how many options there are throughout the day. Im so glad I discovered CP!“
“Hands down my favorite workout in Denver. I've been to all of the Boost studios in Denver and the LoHi location is my fave. Sierre is the most incredible instructor. She gives incredible workouts while playing the best music. I can't get enough! 10/10 recommend!“
