Ellen was fabulous! It wasn't my 1st time at Wax and Lash but it was my 1st time at the Berkley location. Ellen made me feel welcome and comfortable after not getting waxed for almost 3 months. She was so nice and honestly the wax went by like a breeze. I'll be coming back to see her in a few weeks again!
