Ross Tree saved our tree! After having moved into our house 8 years ago, we have Ross Tree come out to handle a beetle issue. The infestation was bad, so it took a few visits. During this time, when asked if the tree was worth saving, Ross Tree said definitively yes. However, they added that the tree had not been properly cared for a few years, so it needed some help. Our initial thought was this was a sales tactic. After the beetle issue was handled, and we saw how professional they were about that, we decided to follow the maintenance plan to care for the tree. We have been using Ross Tree Co exclusively now for mqybe as long as 10 years. They provide annual systemic treatment for our ash tree against Emerald Ash Borer and have trimmed it a couple times. We also contract with them for deep root feeding of all our trees, shrubs, and bushes 3 times per year. Their office staff is very helpful and their outdoor staff is always prompt and very courteous. Their arborist is available to answer any questions and will come on site, if need by. Plus they send out comprehensive seasonal newsletters of advice and tips. Highly recommend!!!
My Locust tree was really sad looking after many limbs broken from storms, Ross did a beautiful job of shaping and trimming out broken limbs. They cleaned up after, thank you for making my tree happy.
