“Today was a normal maintenance scheduled, however our AC stopped working a week after I made the apt. I had the pleasure of meeting Nash who got to work testing and looking at the unit as a whole making sure the maintenance side was handled.

Nash had the issue figured out within minutes of being at my home. He had the capacitor (part that failed) in his van. This made for a same day fix.

I reviewed all the social media for The Weather Chasers and read tons of the reviews on the site. I decided to sign up annually making this a partnership by getting the membership.

Big shout out to you Nash. I appreciate not only the work you were paid to do, but for also being human and chatting about family and real life.

A further thank you for the support received via texting and calling the number. Very prompt, still real people handling customer service means a lot to me. Automations are nice but cut off the human element. I can’t tell you how much value this had in my decision making for the membership.

“I’ve had Dr Fixit clean my sewer line several times and also a major repair on my tap connection to the city lines, and I have always found them to be punctual and more importantly very straightforward about what’s needed and the costs involved.“

“Dylan Wilson is such a great technician. We have a really old house and I’ve had the plumbing lines cleaned once a year for the past 4 years to avoid backups. But we are so much better off now that he was our technician. He was able to figure out where the problem was (a bottle neck in the piping design) and installed the correct configuration which is the long term solution. He also found about 20ft of a broken snake line INSIDE the line that had folded on itself three times ? It had been left by a previous tech from another company and was causing back up issues! His years in the field allowed him to find and fix a problem that others had missed or didn’t care enough to address. He also went above and beyond with clean up. Very grateful!“

“Michael was polite, professional, & resolved the issue with my water heater. He was able to get the pilot light ignited (after several failed attempts on my behalf). He allowed 30 minutes to assure the hot water returned. A+ to Michael & ty! My only rant is having to wait 4 days for service.“

“I cannot recommend Rob and his team highly enough for their incredible work installing our new whole house mini-split heat pump system (2, 2.5 ton condensers with 4 heads and 2 ceiling cassettes). Rob conducted incredibly thorough site visits, including coming by after hours to verify some details to finalize the quote. One thing that really set them apart was their ingenuity on the install. We had a particularly challenging location in our master bedroom interior wall where we wanted a head installed. Every other contractor we spoke with wanted to either run exposed lineset through our closet, or run exterior plastic line-hide on the front of the house. Quality West was the only contractor who was willing to offer an in-wall installation to keep things looking neat. They also worked extensively with me to come up with a plan for the rest of the lineset routing to keep things looking as neat as possible. The actual install was top notch - the crew were extremely clean (floor runners through the whole house, encapsulating work area with plastic and vacuuming at the end of every day) and respectful of our home, leaving everything spotless at the end of each day.
