In January I did the splits while skiing and pulled my hip muscle off the bone. It was a mess. Skiing is my favorite activity and I had several trips this winter I did not want to miss. Limping in pain, I discovered KinetikChain, and my life changed. From the onset, Gary & his team were open, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The first session consisted of us laying out the accident, my current state, and setting my goals to go heli-skiing in 8 weeks. To say Gary is a master PT is not doing him justice. I contacted KinetikChain PT 11 days before my half marathon in NYC. I was having such intense leg pain that I gave up training and didn't think I would be able to participate in my dream race. I just knew I needed to get out of constant pain. I put my complete trust in Dr. Jamie, and not only was my pain relieved through dry needling and exercises, but I ran my race and broke my PR by 5 minutes! KinetikChain and Gary were fantastic and got me back to health with a deliberate and focused approach that was tailored to my fitness level and needs. Gary was professional and hands on and available for questions and guidance outside of our time in the office. Also, the amenities at KinetikChain are fantastic.
