Had my first appointment today and I am ecstatic with the care I received! First off, there was plenty of parking available, which is a huge plus to not have to factor parking into my travel time. The receptionist was lovely to interact with and very helpful. The lobby was clean, warm, and welcoming with free refreshments of assorted teas and water. Dr. Bates was very professional and receptive to my needs. He asked what kind of treatment plan I was looking for (chiropractic and/or acupuncture and/or dry needling), and explained what to expect with each adjustment. I am in disbelief with how good I feel after just 1 appointment! 10/10 would recommend!!
I’ve had quite a few chiropractors and I just wanted to say Dr. Bates is by far the best!
Other chiropractors give you the one size fits all adjustment, but Dr. Bates is very focused and intentional with each adjustment.
10/10 would recommend to anyone needing chiropractic work!
