She absolutely nails the natural lived in blonde-ish look, but maybe more importantly she takes such care when doing my hair. My hair gets incredibly knotty and she’s so gentle and patient when brushing it out. Typically that’s the most stressful part for me (with past stylists, brushing was super painful), but not with Kristen. Plus she gives killer head massages. I’m always leave thrilled with my hair and experience after my appointments ?“

She's clearly the master of her art. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and the final product was perfection. My hair looks absolutely beautiful! Additionally, everyone at the salon was friendly, kind and professional. In fact, I was the last appointment of the day and it happened to coincide with moving day for the salon (they are now just up the street in a bigger space). I wasn't bothered by the packing and moving at all, but the owner came over to apologize and offered to comp my services. This was completely unexpected, and to me, speaks volumes.
