Great local business! I called about getting a copy of a car key made, and they were able to help me immediately with no appointment needed. Way cheaper and faster than working with a dealership.

I went in to have my truck topper key copied. I was worried that they wouldn't have the blank...but they did...saving me a lot of time and money re-keying the lock! They even went above and beyond and drilled a hole in my broken key so I could attach it to my keyring. This place has excellent customer service and the folks behind the counter know what they're doing!

I called to see about getting the lock on my car ignition replaced which was stuck. They informed me that they no longer provided that service, but were more than willing to give me some advice in what I could do myself to try to free the lock. I was also referred to the person that did this type work for them when they did offer roadside assistance in this type of situation. He came out and took car of the problem as soon as he could and got my lock fixed right on the side if the road in a very professional manner. Even though Master Security Lock didn't help me directly, they were extremely helpful and did what they could do to help me out in spite of not being a client....read full review
