3300 Walnut St #214, Denver“Courtney's practice is perfectly named: Intune Wellness. She is a gifted Intuitive and amazing humanist. She shares herself and pays careful attention to the energy around us and the energy we want to create. I've worked with Courtney several times, 1:1, in a small group, and in a large group for Sound Baths and tarot readings and I'm in awe of her skills and can't wait for our next time together. Make time for her services and she will help you live more fully in this time and space.“

4055 Inca St Suite 100, Denver“I love going to YogaBox RiNo! The instructors are always so welcoming, encouraging, and kind. As someone who started coming here relatively new to yoga, I found this studio to be the most accepting and supportive in my journey compared to many other Denver studios. The workouts are great, but the vibes are even better. <3“

2525 15th St, Denver“Exactly what I needed. Came in with some serious knots and left feeling completely loose. The therapist (Sophia) knew exactly how to work them out without it being unbearable. Pricing is fair for the quality you get. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone carrying tension in their shoulders or back.“

4633 E Colfax Ave, Denver“Wow. What a peaceful space. I did the 7pm restorative yoga class with Gene and he was an excellent teacher. He had the most peaceful and soothing voice throughout the practice. This Restorative yoga class was very meditation like. I haven’t felt that relaxed in weeks. Thanks Gene. I’ll be back.“

2636 Walnut St #103, Denver“I’ve been going to Transform’s RiNo studio for a while now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the week. The studio itself is beautiful and clean and modern, and full of energy without ever feeling intimidating. From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming and genuinely excited to see you, which creates such a positive atmosphere.
What really keeps me coming back are the instructors. Every class is thoughtfully programmed, challenging, and different enough that you never get bored. They do an incredible job of encouraging you to push yourself while also offering modifications, making the classes accessible whether you’re newer to Pilates or have been practicing for years. I’ve become noticeably stronger, especially in my core and overall stability, and I always leave feeling accomplished.“

1212 Delaware St, Denver“I’m a big believer in the Universe guiding you to where you need to be, and being a part of The River Yoga community just feels right.
Red Rocks was one of the many reasons I wanted to create a life for myself here in Colorado, but finding this studio has truly made it feel like home. Every Saturday, the energy is absolutely amazing, thanks to all of their incredible instructors. Shoutout to Steve and the wolf howls!
What really sealed the deal for me was the intentionality that Mallory and Jess brought to the first classes I joined at their actual studio. The warmth and guidance of all these instructors led me to signing up for an annual membership without hesitation. I can’t recommend this studio enough!“
9AM - 6PM
300 Josephine St #230, Denver“I attended my first baby and me yoga at this location. It was such a wonderful experience, I felt very comfortable breast-feeding and changing baby on my mat. It was a very welcoming and understanding atmosphere, no issue if baby cries the whole time, sleeps, if you need to walk around with them, etc. Alyssa is a wonderful instructor and made the entire experience great. I definitely recommend this class if you’re looking to get out of the house with baby.
Logistics - Parking was very easy on the street, but I still recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before to feel at ease about the parking situation. I felt comfortable leaving my stroller in the breezeway as they suggested, and there is some space inside if you were just bringing a car seat.“
6AM - 8:30PM
2714 W 44th Ave, Denver“I’ve been to quite a few yoga studios over the years, and this one honestly stands out. The atmosphere is welcoming without feeling intimidating, the space is clean and calming, and the instructors do a great job balancing professionalism with warmth.
What I appreciated most was that the classes felt accessible whether you’re experienced or completely new to yoga. The instructors explain things clearly, offer modifications when needed, and create an environment where you actually feel comfortable learning.
You can tell there’s a real sense of community here, which is rare. People are friendly, the energy is positive, and you leave class feeling both relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a studio that feels genuine and not overly commercial.“

200 Quebec St Bldg 500 Suite 109, Denver“I am not a coordinated or naturally athletic person, but I absolutely love Pilates Lowry and my daughter and I are getting stronger every week. I credit this entirely to my favorite instructors.
Jori is outstanding. In Jori's classes, we laugh, we work hard, and somehow the time flies! She keeps things fresh and challenging, and she brings such kindness and warmth to every session. Jori genuinely cares about each person in the room. Her classes fill up quickly for a reason as she’s incredibly skilled, endlessly encouraging, and truly generous with her time. I really can’t say enough good things about Jori.
Rachel is exceptional. She has a rare ability to communicate cues and techniques with unmatched clarity. Her classes are original, challenging, and thoughtfully structured so that every transition feels seamless. When I need a correction, she is patient, kind, and precise. She explains each movement in a way that helps me get the most out of myself. We absolutely love Rachel.
Sarah is impressive. She works hard to make every class different, engaging, and fun. She is a true Pilates expert, and her classes are consistently challenging in the best way. Sarah's classes create a flow which are smooth from start to finish, creating a grounded, focused experience that leaves us feeling accomplished and strong. Every Sarah class is great.
Deb is also amazing. She has an incredible knowledge of every movement and she knows exactly how to explain things in a way that helps us improve and get stronger. Her instructions are always clear and easy to follow. She creates a positive and welcoming environment while challenging us to do our best. We leave class feeling stronger. Very grateful for Deb.
And finally, Tawney at the front desk is wonderful as she is warm, welcoming, and always helpful. She sets the tone the moment we walk in.“

I have been taking classes in this neighborhood gem for over 4 years. Not only is the studio beautiful, there is a variety of classes taught by amazing instructors and the individuals who attend are so very warm and welcoming. The first class is free….if you live in the neighborhood, I encourage you to explore the Studio’s offerings and experience the lovely environment.“

1760 S Broadway, Denver“As a yoga practitioner of close to 20 years and 5 states I can unequivocally share that Karma practices the ethos of true yoga in every form. Katrina and Michael are some of the finest humans I know. Their leadership has created a warm, welcoming and supportive community. All the instructors follow these principles of inclusivity, love, harmony and generosity of spirit. They offer a variety of classes at different levels and will encourage you to honor your body, and your spirit. The workshops are also educational, fun and healing. (Sound healing, astrology, mala beads, meditation and movement are some of the offerings).
It’s all so good! ❤❤💫🧘“
“Awesome studio! Both the structure of the classes and the poses are consistent from class to class. Each instructor I’ve had is kind, professional, and provides excellent guidance. I know what to expect each time I go, and I love that because it helps me be able to meditate and focus on my breath and the postures. That being said, each instructor has hers or his own insights and expertise, and I’ve learned something new and valuable from each of them. I highly recommend Tula Hot Yoga Denver. If you are looking for the real deal, this is it.“

“I’ve been going to Duality for a minute now and this is long overdue. This is my favorite studio in Denver, hands down. There are so many options to choose from and no matter what I walk away feeling energized. Every single class is a stellar workout and every coach I have worked out with has been fantastic.
Jen N., Jen S., and Keira… y’all have helped me so much in finding my form and staying motivated. The mindfulness you all bring to class has made me a stronger athlete and I feel like I leave working out muscles I didn’t even know I had.
TLDR: Can’t recommend Duality enough!“
