My bf & I did our first class here last night & everyone was so kind, welcoming, and HELPFUL! Reformer classes are intimidating, but Brooke was really encouraging and a great teacher! We are both so sore & so happy we took her class.
Love these classes with every instructor! So challenging and humbling but the best feeling when you complete another class. This workout changes your physique in the best way. Highly recommend !
