It's nice and clean in the main entrance and the office waiting room. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and an elevator that will get a person in a wheelchair or motorized scooter to the second floor.
The only suggestion I have would be to add buttons for opening the front door and office door so folks in wheelchairs can open them easily.
Everyone there are professional, respectful, warm, and kind. I am appreciative of the services they provide. Dr. Maddox is great and very gentle. I have anxiety and they ease that the minute I come into the office. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.
This was my first visit. I was looking for a new dentist and was referred to Dr Maddox by my brother-in-law. Dr Maddox has a reputation of practicing high quality dentistry with integrity. He is committed to continuing education to ensure he keeps his service up to date with the profession’s latest technology and techniques. His recommendations are driven by what is best for his patients, not by revenue maximization.
Lisa, the hygienist, and Dr Maddox were both very caring and personable. I’m very happy the I made the change. I feel comfortable and confident that I will receive care that is best for me.
