These guys do a great job; and even better than that: They're consistent! That is - they ALWAYS do a great job. I've had them to my house thrice in the past 4 years to do work (new rooms of carpet), and it's always exactly what we were expecting. NO surprises. They've installed 11 rooms of carpet for me in this house, and we couldn't be happier. The two tiny little issues that've popped up were addressed by the company immediately and to my full satisfaction. Comparing these guys to the big box stores, you really see a huge difference in consistent quality and pride of work performed.Thank you, thank you, A Step Above Flooring! A Step Above Flooring has replaced flooring in several areas of my house. They have overcome several issues including uneven floors and done a superb job. The installers are prompt and clean up the job site. Thank you for the work over the last 2 years!
