This was my initial consultation and after going over my issues and doing several movements he said he was sorry but didn’t believe that chiropractic care would solve my issue. I really appreciated his advice and honesty, he could just as easily taken my money and accomplished nothing, but he did not. “I had a great stretch and deep tissue massage by Ray. I really enjoyed it, but most people would likely find it somewhat painful. You can control that by talking to him. However, he is stretching me as I know I need to be stretched, but beyond what I could achieve alone. Also, I like the deep tissue massage. It breaks up knots and tightness, especially in my facia tissue.“

“I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one was definitely needed.

I’ve had two sessions with her so far, and they’ve both been great. The first massage unlocked a lot of my range of motion. The second session was massage and stretching, and it released a ton of tension in my hips. I walked out feeling way more loose and relaxed.

Her shop has a very relaxing vibe, and she really knows what she’s doing. She’s gentle when she needs to be, but strong enough to really get into those tight muscles. If you’re looking for a good massage or need help with mobility, I definitely recommend checking her out.“
