“I cannot recommend nurture enough! Nicole was our birth doula and I honestly cannot imagine going through labor without her. She was never judgmental and so incredibly supportive. We also did the “birth with ease” course with Erica and truly that experience was invaluable in preparing us for birth. Multiple nurses even asked what kind of birth prep I did because I was able to stay so calm and in control during labor in a way they are not used to seeing. That was all due to nurture!“

“Very pleased with my visit. It was easy to schedule a convenient time, verify my coverage and the check in process was timely. Dr. Sheppard is very personable and honest. This was my initial consultation and after going over my issues and doing several movements he said he was sorry but didn’t believe that chiropractic care would solve my issue. I really appreciated his advice and honesty, he could just as easily taken my money and accomplished nothing, but he did not. I am very thankful for that and will definitely recommend to others and come back if I ever have any other issues that may be helped by chiropractic care.“

“I had a great stretch and deep tissue massage by Ray. I really enjoyed it, but most people would likely find it somewhat painful. You can control that by talking to him. However, he is stretching me as I know I need to be stretched, but beyond what I could achieve alone. Also, I like the deep tissue massage. It breaks up knots and tightness, especially in my facia tissue.“

The massage was great and she really enjoyed it.
The add on’s are not with it. No matter how many add ons you get, the massage is still only 50 minutes long, so you are paying for extra but that ends up just taking away from your initial massage.“
