“I just bought a house, and Apply Rite was hired to put a new roof on the house by the seller. I was so nervous about that to begin with, not knowing anything about them. But honestly, I was so impressed. I came one day and saw that they had to replace sections of the roof. Thank god they saw that and followed through with fixing it. It was a literal mess around my house but a day and a half later you would never know they were here other than the fabulous new roof showing. It’s beautiful, and man they really made my flat roof soooo much better than it was… metal sheeting was removed and rolled roofing in place. Really looks nice. EDIT: I had a large lead limb from a tree come down on my roof after hours on a Friday night (couple years after my new roof). It was to continue to rain all weekend and I did not know if I had a roof penetration. Ryan had a guy out in less than two hours to give it a look. Repairs were handled quickly & professionally. “We first saw Home Remodeling Specialist working on a project in our neighborhood, we saw their craftsmanship and knew we wanted to work with them! Ken came out, checked out our projects, got back to us in a timely manner with pricing and was able to get us on the schedule. We hired Home Remodeling Specialist to rebuild our mud room and build out/re-do our laundry space. The mudroom was in such a dire state and we wanted to have it rebuilt in kind. Ken and his crew did an amazing job. They were very attentive and careful as the demoed the walls being mindful of our old home (1815). The mudroom came out AMAZING, the detail, the look, the quality of craft! We love it. Our laundry room project was challenging as we wanted to have a tall frame (that had lots of trim detail) and a wall opened up so we could access the laundry area easier. The team, yet again, did a great job, the laundry and hallway looks as if it was always there. I have to emphasize the casework detail in incredible. The quality of craftsmanship was truly excellent—every detail was handled with care and precision. The Home Remodeling Specialist's attention to detail was evident throughout the entire project, and the finished results exceeded our expectations.
