“Apke Total Restoration is very professional and does a wonderful job. We had been using Stanley Steamer for our yearly cleaning. I was very happy when I found Apke. They made my carpets look new again. The spots that the other company couldn't get up, Apke did! I would recommend them to everyone!”
“I had a minor service to my guest bathroom a week ago which ultimately proved to be totally inadequate. The problem arose when a cleaning wand fell apart and the scrubber tip sank into the deepest part of the bowl. The service company I called only pushed the scrubber further into the trap. So I called RotoRooter, explained the whole issue and they accomplished the miracle that was needed: a toilet augur. Lesson learned. Don’t waste time on rank amateurs. Get the job done right the first time. You save money in the long run. And the competence and attitude of RotoRooter service personnel is first rate.”
“I greatly appreciate Bob Stover’s guidance in dealing with the mold problem in my basement. He recommended that I have the basement water proofed prior to the mold removal since there was water in some areas of year basement after a heavy rain. He recommended Basement Doctor and I subsequently used their service. With Bob’s extensive experience, I felt that I could rely on him in undertaking expensive repairs to my home.
The mold removal was accomplished in two days. I greatly appreciated the efforts of Kevin Fox who led the team removing the mold. All of the items in a small storage room had to be removed. Kevin was very helpful in returning the items to selected places. Kevin’s affable personality made the job of reordering my storage room more pleasant. In addition, Ken’s attention to detail and desire to leave the rooms in the best possible state was greatly appreciated.”
