Hired Beresford to run gas line to our fireplace and install new gas logs. I would highly recommend Beresford for this kind of work. The staff and crew were very friendly and easy to work with. They walked me through different options for the logs and how everything worked. They did the work quickly and left my house clean. 10/10
I called Beresford Plumbing to replace a leaking bathtub faucet. The job became more complicated than we planned on - due to finding a solid slab of concrete behind the tile once the wall was opened up. Jack had to drill thru the concrete- and create a cavity to get access to the pipes- and install the faucet. This took a lot more effort on his part- but he still was able to complete the job in a timely manner. He was also able to save the pieces of tile that were removed - so I could have them reset to cover up the opening where needed. He did a great job and I am very satisfied with the end result. Mickie has always been very fair in terms of their billing for services… read full review
Jack gets a 10. Not only did he address the plumbing issue, explain in detail, and was so very pleasant, he also unboxed a very large non plumbing related item, helped put it together, broke down the box and delivered to my garage! How many people can say that about their plumber!!? Great company, with great people.
