Overall, The Drain Smith is a reliable and skilled plumbing company that consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
I gave Drainsmith’s a 4 star rating before but I am now convinced a 5 STAR rating is more in order. Their after service care is what changed my mind. I have never had a company call to find out why they did not rate higher. I wanted to wait for a good steady rain to insure my issues were resolved. Bringing able to see inside the pipes of my 120 year old home eased my mind about what issues I could not see. I had the hard rain I was looking for and everything is working perfectly. I have had many contractors do work and this is the only one I would call again for any plumbing and drain issues. Very helpful in diagnosing our downspout drain situation and developing a remedy. Well satisfied with their service.
The Drain Smith crew lined our sewer line from the house to the street and did some other work. Our 110 year old house had tree roots growing through the pipe joints which periodically caused some nasty backups. Their process avoids the messy trenching in the yard and is a permanent fix. The crew really knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. They were able to work around some obstructions in the basement without damage. They were also so polite and courteous. I am completely satisfied with their work! I highly recommend them!
