“I have been a customer of Midwest Protech for about 15 years now. I have bought PC's from them in the past but I don't believe they sell them anymore. I buy the protection plan from them and I have Plan # 1 Basic. They call this their basic plan but it is anything but basic compared to other companies. They give me Datto anti virus which I looked up and it is the best program you can buy. One day I went into my task manager and saw something called endpoint and looked it up. I said OMG I can't believe all the protection it gives along with Datto. They also give me 2 hours of tech help where they come into my pc remotely. Last week my One Drive was messing up and they came in remotely and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. They gave me recommendations for a better program than Microsoft's One Drive and I followed up on it. I feel this is the best local company you can deal with and they have fair prices.“
