After researching, I contacted Cincinnati Maintenance from out-of-state concerning cleaning a family member’s carpet as a gift. Jamie was extremely helpful in answering my several questions and calls. My family member was very pleased with the work Jesse and his co-worker did, as well as their communication with them concerning arrival times, etc. The carpet is light colored and the last time I saw it, I didn’t think it looked like it needed cleaning, but my family member kept saying how much better it looks especially in the heavier traffic areas. She is so pleased, she is already talking about possibly getting other areas cleaned by them in the spring. We highly recommend Cincinnati Maintenance and appreciate their thoroughness!

They did a great job cleaning the lint out of our long dryer vent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will use them again in a year to keep the lint from building up in the future. I highly recommend them for this work.
