They did a great job cleaning the lint out of our long dryer vent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will use them again in a year to keep the lint from building up in the future. I highly recommend them for this work.

We have worked with Cincinnati Maintenance before and they have always done a great job. This morning, I woke to an emergency situation with my husband (we are both seniors) who had a very bad reaction from something he ate overnight and there was a terrible mess on the bedroom carpet. I called the office about 9am and spoke to Jamie, who called back and said they could get someone here at 1pm TODAY. I was in tears with relief. The team of Jamie and Joe (different Jamie) came on time and were so understanding and kind and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. I would not have expected it could look so good! The Cincinnati Maintenance team communicated the time of arrival which was much appreciated as I have 3 pitbulls. They came in and got right to the job of cleaning my very “jammed up” dryer vent. After finishing the job they took me to my basement to explain how I can improve my venting to cause less issues all the while playing with my dogs ? ? ? who loved them too! Great job and unfortunately didn’t write down their names! Thank you and living in an HOA, I will highly recommend CM!
