Firstly, the facility is so beautiful, warm and welcoming. I was greeted at the front desk. Saadia was very flexible with me being a newby to lashes. I felt very comfortable and confident in the process. She discussed my options, talked me through every step. I absolutely love my look. I also feel great knowing I can take time to get used to the maintenance and we can adjust at the next session to try more if I want.

I've been a customer of Koald for a couple years now and always receive outstanding service. I get compliments on my lashes on a regular basis. The salon is clean, welcoming and always on time. Highly recommend
