Bill came over and got our fridge working again in very little time. I appreciated how he showed and explained to me what he was doing along the way. Not only that but he offered useful tips and tricks for using / caring for the unit. I even got to ask him questions about my clothes washer and dishwasher while he was here, and he was very happy to give advice. I will certainly use them again in the future.
