Had a great experience with A-1. Their technician, Tad, was prompt, professional, and personable. I knew it was a long shot that my refrigerator could be fixed, but the interaction made that easier to swallow. He knew my service history and had great recommendations for my next appliance purchase. I’ll definitely use A-1 again.

We have had Doug service our appliances 3 times, since moving into our new home in Cherry Grove. He is efficient, communicates well about what he's doing, and lets us know if there is something we can do differently, so we don't need to call a repair person again for the same issue. We will always request Doug, when we need service on our appliances.

They were polite and helpful on the phone and were on time with scheduling a time frame that worked for me and coming within that time frame. Thankfully it was an easy fix and we're back to having a working dishwasher!
