“Clogged drain came back within a year. Starting to think its a house issue but I called thomas and Galbraith first and they couldn't snake the drain and made me pay. Don't know why I didn't go roto rooter the first time because they snaked it perfectly. Thats my fault. That same bathroom got clogged again and roto rooter was able to snake it within an hour so I'm appreciative of that. I believe roto rooter has a customer for life if anything happens. Price was a little steep for a drain but Id pay any price for my fiance to stop complaining about not being able to use the sink in the mornings.“

“The technicians provided fast and excellent work! They removed a section of cast iron sewer pipe and replaced with PVC. Removed and replaced the entire section of kitchen sink drain and replace the shower drain hookup. While they were here I had them replace a water shut off to the toilet. All the plumbing looks professional and they cleaned up the mess. They also took the 60 pound hunk of cast iron with them, which is cool, because I did not want to deal with that stinky thing!! All in all, they did a great job and would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for your plumbing needs.“
