“I hated having to call for help but I am glad I did. They replaced an old faucet in my basement bar that was dripping hundreds if not thousands of gallons per year. There was a slight issue with it leaking but they came back and fixed it. So far it has remained fixed. I am overall happy and glad they showed ownership of the issue that arose. Only slight comment is the water did damage some electronics, nothing too expensive but they have dodged that aspect.I’m grateful that when my mini fridge went out there was enough ice in it to not spoil. Anyway. Good people just wish they’d get back to me on the power strip, Alexa spot and box fan that aren’t working.“

“I've had Jeremy with Jim the Plumber come out on two occasions recently for two fairly in depth jobs. I am so happy with their work and pricing! The first job was a complete replacement of our natural gas lines. They stayed late to get it done in one day so we could have Duke come out and restore our service later that night. The second job we had done was a water heater replacement with new venting and additional natural gas line installation. Jeremy does super clean work and everything always looks very neat and organized at the end. They do a great job of explaining everything they need to do. Originally recommended by my mom, and also through the Pleasant Ridge Facebook group. There's a reason they are consistently so highly recommended! Will continue to use for all plumbing needs!“
