AJ is absolutely amazing. She makes me feel very comfortable as her client, she is incredibly professional and is gentle. She also helped in pointing out that the receptionists had double charged me 5 weeks prior for an additional package I did NOT purchase. I’m still waiting for a refund. Often times we only review when we have one really bad or really good experience with a business, but I have a CONSISTENTLY good experience at this location, which is way more important to me as a customer!I’ve been going for about a year and a half and I go to Lauren every time. She is very efficient and SO sweet!The ladies at the front desk are also always pleasant and helpful, and never pushy - they tell you about any current deals without making you feel pressured. There was a discrepancy with my wax pass before and they were able to fix it for me with no issues. They really prioritize customer service here.I’ve never had a negative experience at EWC - Rookwood!
