“Have been using them for years. Had an issue today where I replaced thermostat with an updated one and could not get it to work. Put the old one back in and still nothing from furnace. Called emergency line and Mike talked me through the furnace and all it turned out to be was a small blown fuse. Ran to store, picked up and replaced and the furnace was up and running again. All this over the phone. Great people, great techs. Customer service is second to none!!“

“Andrew is an angel! I am very pregnant and our a/c wasn’t blowing out cool air when we turned it on for the summer. He made it a priority to get here and help us out. He took one look at the hvac system in the basement (which he replaced for me a few years prior and also did a great job) and then went outside to check the a/c unit. He was immediately able to diagnose that the motor was bad and promptly replaced it. He is such a kind man and my dog also loved him because he gave her lots of pets. “A power surge on one of the first hot days of the season zapped the compressor in our 4 year old AC system (originally installed by Air One). Ben came out same day and tested everything else first, hoping it was NOT the compressor. When it ultimately was the compressor, he promptly ordered a new one and confirmed it was under warranty. The day he received the compressor, he was out here in the extreme heat replacing it and adding fail-safe parts to ensure this does not happen again in the future. He even gave us a break on replacing the coolant we lost. I will continue using Air One Heating and Cooling for regular maintenance on equipment to further solidify our professional relationship.Thank you Ben and Air One!“
