I just left the Kenwood location and was very impressed with the service. I have never seen it so busy (in 10+ years) and the 2 young ladies were very gracious. Many customers walked in at the same time after 8pm. I'm glad they had more than one person to close because I'm sure they will be there late tonight. Despite the chaos, they were kind to each customer. The girl with the wavy red hair was exceptionally sweet and apologetic to everyone for the wait (not her fault!). Good service is hard to come by and they did a great job.Services: Tanning

Very clean, Kelsey helped me, there was an issue with my upgrade but she said she'd take care of it with her managers help. Then the bed didn't work she tried everything but eventually she swapped me to a stand up. I like going to this location a lot the beds are really nice and the staff are always friendly

I have loved this location of PBT for almost a year and a half. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable from the start and I was very uncomfortable when my dermatologist suggest I use a tanning regiment for my psoriasis. They helped me select the level best for my needs and didn't push products (I couldn't use them because of my skin condition). My membership has been on hold for a year and with paying a small fee each month I have started back with a substantial credit on my account and with no increase in monthly rate.
