“I've worked with Ford & Son previously and was happy with the roof I had replaced on my carport. This summer I had my roof and gutters replaced by Ford & Son and the did a fantastic job. John, the sales representative was nice, professional and was a pleasure to work with. The work was done very quickly and the mess was cleaned up instantly. When all was complete, my yard looked just as it did previously but the roof looked fantastic. It has been a few months since the work was completed and I had no issues pop unexpectedly. I hope I don't need to use them again, but if I do need a roofer I would certainly use them again.“

Terri(the owner) and her field rep Camielle went to bat for me and my family when dealing with my insurance company. They are real advocates for the customer in a claims situation. They busted their rear ends on my project, going above and beyond in dealing with a huge impersonal insurance company who's M.O. is to pay the least amount possible.
