“I have been going here since December last year. As for me and what I had been dealing with menopause, it has been a successful treatment plan. I highly recommend Your Wellness Center. Each provider I have seen have always taken the time to listen, been educational and compassionate without forcing anything on me. They provide the information with data to back it up and then its my decision how to go forward. It is not cheap and I may not always be able to continue but as long as I can, I will. If it helps to prevent future illness and problems that come with aging, then it will be worth it.I will mention the staff are always friendly and helpful when you call in as well. “Iain listened well and was able to target the source of pain I was having in my right upper hammy. He did pressure point therapy to release the spasms and took a significant time gently (but effectively) stretching my hamstrings. Haven’t had any issues since…it’s felt perfect and I’ve continued the stretches he showed me how to do.“
